We want to foster a community of like minded individuals and companies who plan weddings between partners. Unfortunately the wedding industry has been traditionally heteronormative but we are working to change this by :
encouraging gender neutral language like wedding, not bridal.
making less assumptions, not all couples are straight.
questioning our questions, 'tell us about your support team', 'do you want a wedding party?', 'what would you like to wear?'.
It should be a space where we can provide a supportive wedding planning experience for everyone looking to get married in Muskoka.
